- Artist/Educator in Atlanta, GA. I am currently working at SCAD-Atlanta teaching community education courses. I show in underground galleries throughout Atlanta. I grew up in Florida so I have a very "beachy" feel to some of my work.

- About my work:
- My current body of work is Ideal Destinations, an exploration of worldwide landscapes, cityscapes and seascapes. As I travel I am constantly documenting the world I see and when I sit down to the drawing board I sketch out idealized versions of the places I have been. They are not specific to any one location and often combine elements of several different locales into one universal image. The geometric elements encircle and weave through the landscape scene as an embrace, unifying the environment. Intense colors, geometric design elements and integrated space creates an alluring sensuality reflective of the magnetism of each location.
The sharp, graphic, interlocking shapes creates a fluid space while the intense colors demand attention. Either the high intensity “brights” or the muted earthtones evoke a sense of joy and levity in the viewers. Additionally, a majority of the pieces are acrylic on raw canvas, yielding a softer, more organic texture. Many of the pieces are stretched over two to four inch thick frames with the imagery wrapping around the edges.
